More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has exceeded more than one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.

Approximately hundreds of volunteers across the country are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in cities, neighbourhoods and local businesses. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a understandable way.

The prevention effort is part of wider social programmes supported by the news euro 2024 Church of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
